Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to get your order around and ship it out. Keep in mind that Holidays and Winter Hours will effect this processing time. Most orders will ship USPS First Class Mail. Very large orders will be sent out UPS ground.
It is our goal to get you your order to you as fast as possible. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.
In-Store Pick Up Policy
Please allow 1 business day for us to get your order around. We will call you when your order is ready for pick up. You will have to come during business hours to pick up your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If we send you the wrong items due to an error on our part we will send you a return label via email. We will send you the correct items once we receive the return.

If you order the incorrect item by mistake, you can send the order back (you pay shipping) and we can send you something else or give you in store credit.
